Naloxone is an opioid overdose reversal medication that is available at a local pharmacy without a doctor’s prescription, under a statewide standing order. Pennsylvania residents who purchase naloxone may be eligible to receive up to $50, from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, to assist with the reimbursement of naloxone.
